Okay here's Crisis v.s Topaz

here's a small explanation of whats going on here, In Grand Metropolis Crisis goes and steals money and runs off with it but then Topaz notices and chases her and Crisis notices and quickly turns and Topaz quickly makes a stop and her hands are in a position and electricity starts surrounding her body going to her fingers and snaps them causing a chain of electricity shooting quickly towards her but dodges it.
